Dental Assistant

Overview

We're on the lookout for our very first Dental Receptionists, the welcoming faces of our clinic. In this role, you'll create a warm and professional front office experience for every patient. If you also have dental assisting skills and enjoy working chairside, that's a big plus—bring both skills to the role as our clinic team grows. This is the grand opening of our brand-new clinic in the West.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming every patient with warmth and professionalism – from hello to goodbye
• Managing bookings, reception, and patient enquiries with efficiency and care
• Creating a calm, premium atmosphere – boutique spa meets cutting-edge dentistry
• Keeping the clinic humming – ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
• (If you're a Dental Assistant too) Providing chairside support – assisting dentists as needed until the team expands
• Teaming up with colleagues to deliver an outstanding patient experience

What You'll Bring

• Reception or administration experience – ideally in dental, wellness, beauty or luxury hotels
• If you're a Dental Assistant: Cert III or IV preferred, and happy to support chairside when required
• Excellent communication and organisation skills – staying calm and efficient when it's busy
• Flawless attention to detail – because the little things matter most
• A positive, team-focused attitude that lifts patients and colleagues alike
