Graduate Speech Pathologist role at Pepper Kids Therapy, offering a holistic, clinic-based environment with strong team support and professional development.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing paediatric speech pathology services within a multi-disciplinary team across four clinic locations (Brendale, Eight Mile Plains, Logan, Upper Coomera)
  • Participating in a clinic-based role, working alongside experienced practitioners
  • Managing a gradually increasing caseload with ongoing support from Senior Speech Pathologists
  • Engaging in weekly 1:1 internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision
  • Attending monthly in-service professional development sessions
  • Collaborating with occupational therapists and psychologists as part of a holistic allied health practice
About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Ability to obtain a Police check and Working with Children check before commencing work
Compensation & benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000.00
  • Superannuation: $9,600.00
  • Professional development allowance: up to $4,000.00 and 4 days PD leave
  • Total package: $93,600.00
  • Up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave
  • Up to 5 weeks annual leave, including a week of Bonus Leave
  • Dedicated clinic room and strong clinical support
  • Comprehensive admin support from the client service team
  • Flexible working hours and option to complete admin work from home
  • Full control over calendar and dedicated admin time
  • Focus on quality, not KPIs, with regular supervision and career development opportunities
  • Flexible hours between 7.30am to 5.30pm, work-from-home options, and guaranteed on-time finishes
Training & development
  • Two-week comprehensive induction period

  • Monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced senior practitioners
  • Up to 4 days PD leave per year and $4,000 PD budget
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision and fortnightly peer supervision
