Internal/External POSTING #250907. Permanent Part-Time – 60 hours bi-weekly – Before and After School Educator – St. John's Elementary School.

As part of a childcare team, you will assist staff in providing a daily program for children in a safe, secure environment in accordance with the goals and curriculum plans of the program and the Child Care and Early Years Act. Educator must be familiar with the "How Does Learning Happen?" document. Fulfill all the obligations and responsibilities as outlined in the job description. The hours of work and location will be determined by enrolment and operational requirements and are subject to change.

Required Qualifications:

  • RECE or Child and Youth Worker;
  • If RECE, must be a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators;
  • Have Standard First Aid and CPR, prior to start
  • Have a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check

Pay Rate: as per Collective Agreement CUPE Local 4474

This position is expected to begin on or about September 22, 2025. Summer hours will be in the Summer Day Camp.
