Job Description

About the Role

Support the Security Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations across a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise floor operations and assist with rostering.
  • Respond to incidents, review reports, and escalate as required.
  • Mentor and coach security officers, supporting performance management.
  • Liaise with Centre Management, tenants, and customers to maintain safety.
  • Handle administrative reporting and site documentation
You will bring:
  • Experience inretail environments.
  • Proven incident management and reporting skills.
  • Valid NSW Security Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate (essential).
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional presentation and calm under pressure.
  • Availability to work: Wednesdays 07:30-18:00, Thursdays 09:00-21:00, Fridays 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-18:00.
