Our client, a Government entity focused on the aged is seeking a Finance Officer.

About the client

They protect and improve the safety, health, wellbeing and quality of life for people receiving aged care services.

About the role - Finance Officer

Support administration capability to maintain daily, weekly and monthly BAU functions to allow the Credit Card Administrator to address a backlog of administrative activities and TechnologyOne enhancements.

Duties

  • Support the corporate credit card function, including the issuance, cancellation, and replacement of cards
  • Monitor and manage corporate credit card transactions in financial systems to ensure data integrity
  • Assist employees in the accurate and timely submission of travel and expense acquittals

Skills / Experience

  • Communicate updates and changes to policies, procedures, and program guidelines
  • Identify and escalate potential risks associated with travel and credit card administration
  • Assist Travel Arrangers fully utilise non-refundable unused fares
