Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Visualization
    • Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for Headcount and Labour costs.
    • Maintain data accuracy and consistency within Tableau reports and financial datasets.
  • Labor Cost and Headcount Planning
    • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
    • Develop and maintain labour cost and headcount models, incorporating business drivers and assumptions.
  • Process Management
    • Manage the process of capturing actuals, forecasting offshore labour, and loading system data.
    • Assist in the production of monthly labour cost and headcount reports, providing variance analysis and insights.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Data analyst or FP&A role.
    • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop/Server, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle systems (or similar ERP).
    What Sets You Apart
    • Experience with Tableau Desktop/Server and proven track record in developing Tableau visualisation outputs.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
