A reputable, award-winning interstate architectural practice seeks a talented mid to senior-level design architect to help establish a strong presence in Melbourne. This is a chance to join an expanding team focused on multi-residential and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Drive project development and leadership from concept to completion, with a focus on multi-residential and hospitality sectors
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve exceptional design outcomes
  • Navigate Melbourne's planning regulations and liaise with local consultants
  • Utilise Revit for modeling and creating client presentations
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables
  • Lead design initiatives and mentor team members
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' post-grad experience, multi-residential experience ideal
  • Experience with local planning regulations highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Familiarity with Melbourne's planning regulations is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and creatively respond to client briefs
  • Keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new challenges
