Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.
  • Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents\' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
  • Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents\' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.
Skills & Experience
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
  • Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
