• Our Centre – Our 75-place centre features 5 nurturing rooms. We offer a rich, nature-inspired environment, with a mud pit, flexible climbing and play equipment, and open-ended outdoor spaces tailored to children's ages and interests. Shifts run from 6:30am–6:30pm with only one close shift per week.
• Experienced & Passionate Leadership – Our newly appointed Centre Director and Assistant Director bring years of Goodstart experience and are ready to support, guide and inspire. We're looking for someone who's passionate, policy-savvy, ready for growth, and can contribute with energy and positivity.

You'll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
