Division Manager & Recruiter for Architecture

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Step into a pivotal role where you'll have the opportunity to lead large-scale projects which will shape the skyline of the city. Be involved in the design, coordination, and delivery of high-calibre multi-residential projects. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment, where no two days are the same and your ability to adapt, lead, and create will be genuinely valued.

DUTIES.

• Lead all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages
• Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary education in Architecture, Registration is desirable
• High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups
• Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
