About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and contribute to a major transformational program with Salesforce as the core solution platform. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile practices, principles, and cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate and lead stand-ups, progress updates, retrospectives, and other essential ceremonies.
  • Release Calendar Management: Develop and manage a release calendar for BAU releases, integrating it with other project and business activities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release management process.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA and Business teams to ensure releases meet quality standards.
  • Liaison Role: Act as liaison between development teams and business units.
Essential Criteria
  • Technical Experience: 3-5 years ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with demonstrated understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end-to-end software delivery.
  • Scrum Master Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Coaching Skills: Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example.
Desirable Criteria
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Certifications: Certification in Scrum Master, ITIL, or Agile SAFe.
