As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the guiding force behind seamless customer transitions, ensuring they get the most out of their cutting-edge solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, design personalized onboarding experiences, and deliver top-tier support—making sure every new customer journey is smooth, engaging, and hassle-free.

Your tasks shall include but are not limited to:

  1. Lead onboarding experiences that wow customers from day one
  2. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate onboarding, training, and support
  3. Ensure smooth implementation of IT & automation solutions
  4. Create customer user guides and training programs
  5. Be the go-to person for go-live support and post-launch check-ins
  6. Continuously improve our onboarding processes
  7. Being a customer champion – You love helping people succeed
  8. Logical problem solving – You can navigate challenges with confidence
  9. Organisation & proactive thinking – You keep projects on track and never miss a beat
  10. Tech-savviness – Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Suite and business process automation
  11. The "can-do" – You bring positivity and are a team player
