Our Café 24/7's are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Food Service Trainer to help us deliver consistent, high-quality food service across our network.

About the Role:
Based out of our Geelong head office, this full-time position will see you lead the design and delivery of food service training both at our corporate training café and across our store network. You'll play a key role in shaping the skills, standards, and culture of our food teams—ensuring every APCO customer experiences the same great service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team based at our Corporate Office.

Deliver hands-on training in our Geelong-based corporate café and onsite at stores across VIC and NSW.

Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and food safety documentation.

Coach and mentor store teams to drive food quality, consistency, and compliance.

Support the rollout of new food products, equipment, and procedures.

Work closely with Operations, HR, and Food Development teams to align training with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in food service training, ideally in a café, QSR, or retail food environment.

Strong understanding of food safety standards and commercial kitchen operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident presenting to individuals and groups.

Willingness to travel regularly to stores across Victoria and NSW.

Passion for great food, great people, and continuous improvement.
