Experience in the disability sector

A valid NSW driver's licence and your own wheels

What You'll Be Doing

Whether it's helping with the morning routine, supporting life skills, or heading out for a beach walk and milkshake—this role is about building independence, confidence, and connection.

You'll Be

Supporting with cooking, cleaning, and personal care

Helping with medication & health plans

Getting out and about—appointments, outings, adventures

Encouraging communication and self-expression

Backing your clients' goals, choices, and dreams

Logging progress, sharing wins, and working with families & health teams

Using Positive Behaviour Support in a real and meaningful way
