Our clinic boasts a team of 7 skilled nurses and 2.5 veterinarians, committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and biochemistry, electrolyte & hematology machines, we ensure precise diagnostics and treatment for our patients. With 2 consult rooms, a cat ward, dog ward, cattery, sterile theatre, prep area, and internal laboratory, our clinic is fully equipped to cater to the needs of our diverse clientele.

Job Description

As the Veterinary Director, you would be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of client service, patient care, practice culture and team motivation. In brief, make every possible effort to make the world a better place for the love of pets and ensure that the practice lives up to the visions "To be the practice of choice for the clients, patients, team members and owners".

Qualifications

This opportunity is tailored for a veterinarian with a minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical leadership, proven management skills, and a willingness to mentor junior vets and nurses. Comfortable in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with autonomy is essential.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to AVBC.
