Senior Account Manager / Client Solutions Manager

One of our Senior Client Managers is embarking on an internal client-side role so we need a strong, reliable marketing/project professional to fill their boots.

The Role
This role requires a real people person who thrives on delivering marketing results for clients, whilst working in a collaborative team environment. You'll be supported by a full-service agency, highly creative team and significant inhouse resources.

Having a background in an agency, marketing or media environment, and strong experience in the preparation of integrated campaign strategies and overall digital marketing landscape is required.

We're looking for someone who's ready to hit the ground running. You'll need to build strong relationships with our current list of A grade clients and be across the OOTS values to assist in attracting new clients to the fold.

As a senior you'll be charged with leading the way, owning your accounts and supporting other client managers, also supporting the Head of Account Management with creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage the accounts of high value clients. Developing a thorough understanding of the client' business and industry, proactively identifying opportunities for client growth.

Be inquisitive. Thoroughly assess client's needs to develop the best solution drawing on your marketing knowledge and skills, from brief to execution.

Lead new business proposals and pitches.

Collaborate with OOTS creatives, strategists and production teams to examine client briefs, encouraging and challenging where needed to get the best outcome for the client.

Take the lead, facilitating all aspects of client projects ensuring delivery is on time and on budget and the client is fully informed at all stages.

Manage expectations of clients and OOTS collaborators throughout the process.

Produce marketing and integrated campaign plans including campaign reports and data analysis.

Support the business with a proactive approach to problems and innovation, driving new processes and ideas for efficiency and profitability.

Support our own businesses marketing initiatives where relevant, utilising the tools at your disposal (our own creatives, networking, social media etc)

Bring passion to client projects and energise the team on new projects.

Skills & Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience

Minimum 5 years experience in the media/advertising/marketing field.

High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

A strong understanding and knowledge of traditional media and the digital marketing landscape including reporting.

Strong experience in integrated campaign strategies.

Experience with pitches, presentations and business development.

Proactive by nature, always thinking of ways to help clients with the ability to think quickly and accurately on tight deadlines.

Proficient in the Microsoft office suite.

Lust for life and a great sense of humour.
