Job Title:

Territory Manager

About the Role:

Globus Medical is a company that delivers innovations to improve the quality of life of patients with musculoskeletal disorders. We partner with researchers and educators to transform clinical insights into tangible solutions, improving techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned territory by developing effective strategic plans, utilizing Globus Medical's resources, and implementing actions to achieve optimal results that meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Market and promote Globus Medical assigned products within the guidelines of the company Quality Policy and procedures in assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives assigned in assigned territory.
  • Maintain conduct that is aligned with company quality policy, and protect confidentiality with proprietary information.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of medical device sales or demonstrated successful territory management experience; Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
  • Strong understanding of spinal anatomy; operating room experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends.
  • Ability to make sales presentations with positive results.
