Overview

Product Specialist – Lounges Experience at Qantas. Analyse and implement product strategies that drive exceptional customer experiences and support business growth. 18 month fixed-term role based at Mascot Campus.

Responsibilities
  • Shape meaningful customer experiences by leading product strategies that blend human-centred design, insights, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive real business growth.
  • Bring ideas to life in a role that values strategic thinking, adaptability, and curiosity, with the autonomy to make a lasting impact.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in product management or a similar role, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in product management, including strategic thinking, customer-centric design, research and insights, problem-solving, and prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in large cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organisational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, able to apply a process-driven and risk-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable, curious, and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently and driving change in complex systems and processes.
