Make a Real Difference in Aged Care – Ingham Shire
At Access Telehealth, we're Australia's leading provider of telehealth-supported Aged Care. Our mission is simple: to improve the health and well-being of older Australians by combining compassionate care with innovative healthcare solutions.
We're expanding and are looking for a dedicated Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team in the Ingham Shire.

- Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans.
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners.
- Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring
- Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration.
- Aged Care experience (leadership experience highly regarded).
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs.
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
