Your Role:
As a Zuperstar Disability Support Worker, you'll play a key role in improving the lives of the people we support. Each day is an opportunity to bring joy and confidence to our clients as you provide:

  1. Personal care and assistance with daily activities
  2. Household support like meal prep, cleaning, and keeping things organised
  3. Social support and companionship – we want our clients to feel like they're part of a community
  4. Transporting clients to appointments and outings, bringing them closer to their goals and dreams
  5. Implementing individualised care plans, always with respect and dignity

What You'll Need to Shine as a Zuperstar:

  1. Experience in disability or aged care (preferred, but if you're new, we'll provide training)
  2. Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar qualifications
  3. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  4. First Aid & CPR Certification
  5. A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  6. Proof of working rights - Passport or visa
  7. Previous experience working with children requiring specialised support and care, who live with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and other mental health issues will be highly regarded
