Kirra Services, a Supply Nation Certified Indigenous business, is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone motivated and keen to develop their talents in a dynamic and fun environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent, building relationships with candidates, and supporting a seamless hiring process. You'll work across various industries, including ICT, Government, and Professional Services, in a fast-paced and supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Source top talent leveraging job boards, social media, and networking to identify high-potential candidates.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  3. Support the end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
  4. Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling to attract and engage top talent.
  5. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
  6. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  7. Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment and sales targets.

  2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  3. A proactive and results-driven approach.
  4. Willingness to continue developing within the recruitment industry.
  5. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or an equivalent sales-driven role is highly desirable.
  6. Experience in government or ICT recruitment is highly regarded.
