Overview

We are seeking a delivery driver with an MR or HR truck licence for delivery of building materials to work sites. While we do have deliveries, we load and unload by forklift, and there is a significant amount of manual handling involved daily, therefore a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver building materials to work sites (MR/HR licence).
  • Load and unload by forklift; assist with manual handling as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean vehicle and work area.
Working hours

Monday - Friday 6:30am – 4:30pm and occasional half-day Saturdays.

Employment details

Full-time employment offering above award wages (negotiable) and penalty rates, with a friendly team in Welshpool. Includes 4 weeks annual leave and 10 sick days per year; accrue long service leave. White card preferred but not necessary. Long-term position available with a well-established family company. Immediate start.

Qualifications
  • MR or HR truck licence
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to perform manual handling and maintain reasonable fitness
