Customer Service Specialist

This full-time role in the Customer Service team involves providing excellent support to embedded networks clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt, accurate assistance to customers
- Handling inquiries related to billing, service, and account status
- Resolving technical issues and complaints efficiently
- Managing billing and payments accurately
- Scheduling and informing about installations, outages, and upgrades
- Updating CRM and tracking systems
- Escalating complaints as needed
- Negotiating payment plans
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 2 years in customer service or technical support, preferably in embedded networks or utilities
- Experience with embedded networks, secondary utilities, or related fields
- Knowledge of energy retail, embedded networks, hot water, and distributed energy resources like solar and EV charging
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM, billing systems, and MS Office
