Overview

Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ongoing contract administration with a focus on head contract management. This role is based at our head office in Applecross and is offered on a permanent full-time basis.

Base pay range

A$180,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities
  • Select appropriate downstream forms of agreement, negotiate and draft final terms for downstream contracts, with due consideration of risk allocation and upstream obligations.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and provide contractual advice.
  • Prepare and agree payment claims, notify and price variation claims/EOT claims and manage registers.
  • Maintain registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
  • Assess, certify and process payment claims.
  • Forecast monthly cost and revenue.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to contract administrators and other team members.
About you
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not necessary
  • 5+ years' experience in the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects
