The Opportunity

We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator for a 3-month full-time contract based at our Burswood, Perth office. This role will be responsible for the onboarding and mobilisation of crew to an upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilise and demobilise projects as required
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for crew members
  • E nsure compliance with training, licensing, and qualifications
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
  • Support purchasing activities and provide administrative support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration within a project support setting
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work well under pressure
