In-Store Visual Merchandiser - rebel Burwood New Store

We're gearing up for something big, and we want you to be part of it. At rebel, we live and breathe sport. As we prepare to launch our brand-new Burwood store, opening early October. We're on the hunt for a sharp, hands-on In-Store Visual Merchandiser who can hit the ground running. Retail experience is a must, apparel experience is a bonus. Someone who thrives on launching campaigns, mastering time management, and teaming up with leadership to craft and execute knockout visual plans that sell.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver top-notch visual merchandising solutions.
  • Train and guide team members to achieve outstanding visual outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience a plus).
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and VM leaders to execute campaigns and meet VM objectives.
  • Ensure customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety as a top priority.
About You / Qualifications
  • Solid experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment.
  • Ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team.
  • Strong communicator at all levels.
  • Team player with an eye for detail and creative flair.
