Macquarie's Personal Banking division is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst/Manager to join our growing team. What role will you play?

As a Senior Analyst/Manager, you will lead the enhancement of commission governance within Personal Banking. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end governance of lending commissions, conducting quality assurance reviews, and developing infrastructure to support commissions operations and governance.

You will oversee commission uplift initiatives from policy design to implementation, act as the SME for commission-related queries, and provide expert guidance. Additionally, you will engage stakeholders, foster cross-functional collaboration, and improve processes and documentation for efficiency.
