About The RoleAs our Learning Architect, Digital Skills, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of training across Australia's most critical digital domains—data analysis, cloud computing, cybersecurity, programming, and AI. This role will position you at the forefront of learning strategy, where you'll influence enterprise training visions and align AIM's programs with client objectives.
You'll lead executive conversations, design impactful training solutions, and champion adult learning principles across the sales and delivery lifecycle. You'll also support sales capability uplift through your expertise, ensuring AIM remains aligned with evolving market demands.
This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional with deep digital expertise to influence organisational learning strategies and make a tangible impact in Australia's corporate landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead executive-level conversations with clients around digital skills training and workforce transformation
- Provide thought leadership on trends in the digital skills landscape
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strategic alignment of learning solutions to business goals
- Scope, design, and adapt AIM's training products to meet client needs
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to shape learning strategies and sales enablement
- Support tender responses, key account reviews, and evaluation of training impact
- Deliver internal training and capability uplift across the sales organisation
- 3–5 years' experience in the IT/technology sector, particularly within training and development
- Strong understanding of digital skill trends in corporate and government sectors
- Background in training design, facilitation, or adult learning principles
- Proven experience influencing HR and L&D stakeholders at the executive level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and strategic learning engagements
- Familiarity with blended learning platforms and frameworks
