We're Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Location: Quinns Rocks Chiropractic

Hours: Part-time (~15hrs/week) | Saturdays included

We're seeking a SUPERSTAR to join our health team If you're motivated,organised, and passionate about helping people, this is your chance to be part of a friendly, professional clinic that makes a real difference in our community.

About the Role

In this varied position, you'll provide bothfront desk excellenceandbehind-the-scenes supportto keep our clinic running smoothly. You'll work alongside our chiropractors and massage therapists to deliver a seamless experience for every patient.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Perform general cleaning and maintain clinic presentation
• Manage patient records, forms, and other documentation
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when required
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptly
• Help grow the practice through positive patient experiences and proactive support

About You

• Friendly, professional, and approachable with strong people skills
• Highlyorganisedwith great attention to detail and initiative.
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems (experience withClinikoan advantage).
• Able to multitask and adapt in a busy environment.
• Experience in healthcare reception or admin preferred, but not essential — we'll provide training.
