About the role:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining strong financial foundations that support the success of our entire organisation. From ensuring timely reconciliations to support key accounting functions like payroll, accounts payable, and audit preparation, your contributions will directly influence our financial clarity and operational effectiveness. What you will bring to the team:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar accounting role, ideally with exposure to not-for-profit organisations.
• Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and efficient,capable of working autonomously while managing multiple tasks across various systems, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• Positive, flexible attitudecombined with excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and patience when engaging with clients and colleagues.
