About The Role

The Senior Application Support Analyst, must act as a Level 2 thought leader, focusing on end-to-end business processes and integration for the following strategic areas: Planning, Reporting and Retail Applications, including implementation of new processes and capabilities for major transformation programs and strategies.

Reporting to the Application Manager, you will provide Level 2 process and technical support for helpdesk requests, complex business issues and integration with other applications as the first escalation point of contact.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

This is a 2-year, fixed-term contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver business transformation programs on-time, within agreed scope and budget. Managing business process project portfolios and resolving Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and open issues/risks.
• Lead and facilitate key business activities including business requirements, capability design reviews, gap analysis, document current and future state processes, data validation, user acceptance testing, business readiness adoption, and training business users.
• Undertake a mentoring role within the business to promote and support IT tools and methodologies, including identifying new functionality and benefits of new or upgraded software platforms, and make business process improvement recommendations.
• Developing project scopes and objectives by involving and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders locally and internationally.
• Primary ANZ IT lead for eCommerce solution enhancements and projects providing process and technical support.
  
  

About You

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an apparel / E-Commerce business / application analyst or similar role.
• Strong technical competency with experience working with APIs, SQL, large data sets and/or website integration architecture and associated backend operating systems and processes.
• Sound knowledge of corporate application, integration, and reporting technologies, data architecture, master data management, integration between applications, and governance with previous experience working in apparel / fashion industry, e-commerce, and omni-channel highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technology strategies to diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly regarding anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or become critical.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shifting priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously towards agreed upon goals and target dates.
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized, to be flexible and able to work in fast-paced environments and with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to educate and train others in new ways of doing business and managing applications.
• Previous experience of Aptos / SAP ERP, eCommerce solutions (Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud & PIM solutions), Qlik reporting systems, OMS (Order Management Systems), MarTech solutions and integration tools would be highly regarded.
• Advanced user competence in MS Office products and Google Sheets.
