About the Role – Nursing Assistant (AIN)

In this rewarding role, you'll build meaningful relationships and bring comfort and care to those who need it most. Every resident has a unique story – and you'll be part of it.

Your day could include:

• Supporting residents with everyday tasks, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Encouraging movement and mental engagement.
• Lending a hand to those with more complex care needs.
• Being a kind, familiar face and trusted companion.

About the Role – Nursing Assistant (Nutrition)

You'll also support our modernised, person-centred approach to dining – helping residents enjoy mealtimes that feel more like home.

In this role, you will:

• Assist residents with meals and hydration, guided by our personalised service model.
• Support residents who may need a little extra help at mealtime.
• Be part of creating a calm and enjoyable dining experience.
• Bring empathy, dignity, and conversation to the table.

What You'll Bring:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or currently studying).
• Previous experience in a caregiving or aged care setting.
• Warm communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
• A genuine desire to enrich the lives of older people.
