Job Title: Community Speech Pathologist - Melbourne, VIC
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: Fantastic rates based on experience + Travel Allowance + CPD
Location: Melbourne, VIC
About the Role:
They are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join their multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads. You will work collaboratively with the team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will be:
- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
- Deliver goal-directed therapy services to young people and adults experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties. Services are provided collaboratively with significant others to support community participation in various environments.
- Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change and support community participation.
- Collaborate with support teams, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other speech pathologists, to achieve client goals.
- Support participants and others in developing and reviewing individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and aligned with personal aspirations.
