Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity to start your career at Launceston General Hospital? Now is the time Multiple permanent full-time and part-time, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

The Team:
The Emergency Department team at Launceston General Hospital (LGH), as part of the Department of Health Tasmania, consists of highly skilled emergency physicians, nurses, paramedics, and support staff who collaborate to provide urgent and life-saving care to the community. The team utilises advanced medical protocols to assess, stabilise, and treat patients with acute conditions, ranging from trauma to medical emergencies. Working closely with other departments and community health services, they ensure timely escalation and transfer of critical patients to appropriate care levels. Through their commitment to rapid response and high-quality care, the team plays a crucial role in safeguarding the health and well-being of Tasmanians.

Salary:
$75,902 to $102,908 pro rata, per annum

Essential Criteria:
ED Experience (Minimum 3 years)
AHPRA Registration
