About the role
Reporting to the IT Project Management Office Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of IT Infrastructure and applications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while meeting all business processes, health, and safety targets.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, schedule, and resources
- Defining and managing requirements
- Risk and issue management
- Financial oversight
- Business process improvement
- Stakeholder relationship management

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, drive operational excellence, and have experience managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure and application projects within IT portfolios or PMO. They should be self-sufficient, forward-thinking, and capable of handling ambiguity and risk creatively and independently. Experience with high-level project communication, managing significant budgets, and understanding of project governance is essential.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Project Management
- Certifications such as Prince2 (practitioner), PMP, Agile
- Experience in SAP projects is a plus
- Proven project planning and governance experience
- Contract management skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work across multiple levels and functions
- Experience managing project risks and budgets
