Responsibilities

• taking patient meal orders
• preparing and distributing meals
• recording patient intake
• dishwashing
• restocking linen and stores
• waste removal
• maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with infection control procedures

Eligibility Requirements

• Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
• Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa)
• This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and TB screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy for required vaccines. During application, please upload OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with any vaccination evidence you have.
• If you are identified as a preferred candidate and are external to HealthShare NSW, you will be required to complete a physical pre-employment health assessment (at no cost to you) to confirm your ability to safely perform the duties of the role.
