About the Role
Join our Governance Team to ensure production quality meets specifications while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency. You'll be hands-on in quality testing, troubleshooting, and supporting production teams.
- First 2 months: 6am-2pm (Day shift)
- Then rotating: 6am-2pm (Day) / 2pm-10pm (Afternoon) - Monday to Friday
REQUIRES POLICE CHECK
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine quality testing on materials and finished products
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment (DMA, acidity testers, pH meters, etc.)
- Identify and manage non-conforming products, ensuring corrective action is taken
- Perform packaging material quality checks
- Carry out line audits and process control monitoring
- Participate in problem solving (RCPS, 5Y, Fishbone) and improvement projects
- Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance
- Use SAP, Harford, and quality management systems
What You'll Need
- Science or Food Technology qualification (or studying towards one) - preferred but not essential
- Quality Control experience (ideally in food/beverage manufacturing)
- Familiarity with analytical testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and quality systems
- SAP experience - desirable
