About the role:

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you are the face of elegance, guiding customers through a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Your exceptional customer service skills and passion for fine jewellery will create memorable experiences, ensuring each client leaves with a sense of joy and satisfaction. This role will require weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest jewellery collections, trends, and craftsmanship to offer expert advice and recommendations.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Assist with creating and maintaining attractive, organized jewellery displays that showcase the products effectively.
  4. Sales Processing: Process sales, returns, and special orders accurately, managing customer payments and ensuring proper documentation.
  5. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
