Our pay plan is designed to greatly reward top performers who work hard and get the job done right the first time. We are looking for skilled technicians who can diagnose, repair, and recommend needed work. Technicians that see the big picture about what a 5-star service experience is and the critical part that they play in delivering that to our guests.

Our family of Technicians enjoy the following Benefits:

  1. $30 - $50 an hour flat rate pay range, based on VW certifications and experience
  2. Guaranteed pay for the first 60 days.
  3. Paid factory training
  4. Earn weekly cash spiffs, above and beyond your regular flat rate

  6. 401k with employer match
  7. Toolbox relocation assistance
  8. PTO & Paid Holidays - PTO accrual starting from day one of employment - 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked for the first year, 1.63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for years 2-9, and 2.39 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for 10 or more years of service.
