About the Role
We are seeking talented Finance & Accounting Graduates to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a Graduate you will play a key role in guiding critical business decisions and cutting-edge solutions for The Boeing Company.
Our Finance professionals work on projects that contribute to aviation and aerospace products, technologies and services that make a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of project costs and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
- Leverage accounting tools such as Oracle ERP, IBM TM1, Deltek Cobra, or Excel to track project expenses and generate detailed financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries, perform account reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial statements and project ledgers, identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Oversee the invoicing process for projects to ensure timely and accurate billing, while maintaining compliance with contractual agreements and financial regulations.
- Present complex financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, supporting informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a conscientious and inclusive manner to support project objectives and enhance financial outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support the audit process by gathering necessary documentation and data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Help with accounts payable payment audits by preparing documentation, verifying transactions, and ensuring timely processing of payments to vendors in accordance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce (or anticipated graduation before July 2025)
- Australian Citizenship, meeting Defence security requirements

Our 24-month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work, while also fostering your growth into an experienced professional.
You will engage in professional learning and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand your Boeing network.
The program has defined learning objectives and a structured framework, but your individual journey will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, shaped by business needs and your personal professional development goals.
To enhance your exposure and learning, you will remain within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work.
