About the Role
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Embrace the imaginative, fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
  • Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
  • Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a similar retail or customer service role
  • The ability to retain technical product knowledge and demonstrate a passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach
  • A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect to the needs of the customer
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Availability

Please note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
