Job Description

Oaks Melbourne On Market Hotel are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Attendant to join our kitchen team on a full or part time basis.

You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly team involved in the delivery of an outstanding meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Operate, maintain, clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment
  • General assistance to employees who are cooking
  • Assisting Cooks with assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking

Hourly Rates:

  • Monday to Friday: $24.98
  • Saturday: $31.23
  • Sunday: $37.47
Qualifications
  • Must have minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position
  • Studying commercial cookery or relevant course
  • Have a friendly, positive attitude
  • Have experience providing quality customer service
  • Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
  • Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
  • Be available to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
