- 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development
- Confidence with video conferencing and strong communication skills
- Comfort with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

What You'll Do
- Participate in weekly team trainings conducted via video
- Create and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms

- Host online Q&A sessions and follow-up conversations
- Mentor and onboard new clients
- Provide ongoing support through structured systems
