About the role

Our Officeworks Rockhampton store is hiring We are seeking passionate casual team members to join various departments, including replenishment, technology, and customer service.

As a team member, you will be a customer service specialist, working with your team to ensure exceptional service is always delivered. You will provide expert advice on a broad range of products and services and serve as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours, including weekday evenings and weekends. There are opportunities to work at different Officeworks locations and to advance your career.

About you

You are a customer-focused individual, passionate about service and enhancing the customer experience. You enjoy working in a team, staying busy in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility, and delivering on commitments. You pride yourself on providing excellent customer service and are flexible with your availability to meet customer needs across weekdays and weekends.
