As an Executive Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying Executive leaders through end to end search externally and internally.

Partnering closely with senior executives, you will drive a world class recruitment process that aligns with corporate hiring policies, governance frameworks, and diversity objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver an executive search experience, from attraction and selection to onboarding and transition.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring a consistent and seamless Executive search process.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion, supporting the Women in Leadership agenda through gender-balanced shortlists and proactive talent advocacy.
  • Collaborating with internal Talent and Culture teams to align executive recruitment with broader talent strategies.
  • Leading proactive talent sourcing efforts, both internally and externally, including partnerships with executive search firms when required.
  • Using data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies, contribute to succession planning, and support leadership transitions.
  • Embodying a purpose-led and adaptive culture, fostering collaboration and delivering meaningful outcomes.
What will you bring?
  • Proven executive search experience, ideally within financial services, a complex corporate environment, or executive search firm.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels, including Executives.
  • A progressive, insights-driven approach to search, leveraging data and market intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of executive remuneration structures and candidate management at the senior level.
  • Resilience and flexibility, with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

This role is on a six month interim basis and you will need to be available to start with short notice.
