Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a nurturing, learner-centered classroom aligned with curriculum policies and practices
  • Developing and implementing quality curriculum programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and assessing student progress
  • Collaborating with leadership, colleagues, and staff to foster a positive school culture
  • Engaging in professional development to enhance student outcomes
  • Supporting students' spiritual and moral development and establishing positive pastoral relationships
  • Ensuring that Catholic teachings and values underpin all teaching and learning activities
About You

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience creating supportive, learner-focused classrooms aligned with the Australian Curriculum
  • Expertise in designing and delivering curriculum in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
  • A commitment to engaging with colleagues, students, and parents to enrich learning outcomes
  • A passion for supporting students' spiritual and moral growth
  • Current Catholic identity and registration with Queensland College of Teachers
Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the contract
  • Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers
