About The Role
  • Ensure delivery of on-the-job and off-the-job training in slaughtering/boning processes.
  • Develop assessment guides and training modules.
  • Arrange refresher and re-training to maintain compliance.
  • Analyse feedback from participants and trainers to improve training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure all mandatory requirements are met.
  • Support and ensure mentoring of employees.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify and deliver training priorities.
  • Promote company training policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in food production or processing operations (desirable).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar (desirable).
  • Previous experience delivering training in a production environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques for mature learners.
  • Ability to analyse and improve training effectiveness.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people skills.
