Overview

An exciting opportunity to work with experienced researchers, in collaboration with industry (Bauerfeind Australia), to explore the potential for the ACL to heal, and outcomes after treatment with the Cross Bracing Protocol.

Scholarship & Benefits
  • RTP Scholarship ($38,500 per year) PLUS stipend top-up (total $55,468 per year)

National Industry PhD Scheme
  • The National Industry PhD Program supports PhD candidates to undertake industry-focused research projects and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to better translate university research into commercialisation outcomes
  • Upon completion, candidates will have the ability to work at the interface of research and industry, across both sectors
Requirements
  • Achieved high undergraduate / postgraduate grades in a related field
  • Research experience equivalent to at least 25% of one year of full-time study
  • Possess high interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in writing and oral communication, in English
  • Willing to travel interstate and complete periods of embedment within industry
Desirable attributes
  • A healthcare degree with clinical experience, in physiotherapy, medicine or a related field
  • Research publication(s) in a related field
