Youll be leading 11 locations, including regional stores in Bunbury, Busselton, Australind, and Esperance, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning. What youll be doing- Data-Driven Sales Leadership Drive sales and profitability through informed, metric-led decisions.

- Proven Leadership Delivering results and holding teams accountable in high-performance area management roles, with 5+ years in retail and at least 2+ years leading multi-site operations.

- Qualified for Success Tertiary qualification in Retail or Business (or equivalent experience).
