About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers to assist with tunnelling and trenchless projects, helping deliver essential infrastructure upgrades across Sydney's North West.

  • Location: Rouse Hill, NSW
  • Shifts: 10–12 hour shifts
  • Pay Rate: $36.18 per hour + OT + Super

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Labourer, you will be assisting with:

  • General civil labouring tasks on tunnelling and trenchless projects
  • Site preparation, excavation, and material handling
  • Operating basic machinery (e.g., rollers, compactors) as required
  • General clean-up and assisting trades and supervisors
  • Following health and safety procedures on-site
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid White Card
  • Previous civil construction experience
  • A Forklift License (preferred)
  • To be physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts
  • To be willing to complete a respiratory fit test
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety
  • Availability for day or night shifts
